Lost but not Found
Today I lost the tin foil. Here's a haiku in honor of the occasion. I dedicate it to all of those who have loved and lost (various kitchen supplies, a wallet, cell phone, glasses, car keys...).
Looking high and low,
Shiny wrap has gone missing.
Mind lost. Hope gone too.

this has really affected you adversely. I'm SO sorry for your loss.
It is better to have loved and lost than to never have used tin foil at all.
Oh dear!
I was of course trying to answer you with a haiku, but it is to early in the morning!
Did you look in the tree house? :-)
The TREE house!! I didn't think of that. Wait here, I'll go check...
I have to say that the relationship with tinfoil, however tentative, is very intense. I didn't expect it to last. Sorry, Jill, but that tinfoil is a two-timer!
Oh my gosh... good thing I didn't see this last night after a glass of wine or two... I'd have laughed so hard, I would have peed my pants!!!
oh u so funny
so funny!
found your blog when i bought something small in your shop. i have really enjoyed it. Something about this haiku just made me want to comment. Thanks so much!
Glad you enjoyed it, Pamela!
